REFUND
POLICY.

All memberships are flat one-time payments. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge. Renewal requires a new purchase decision from you.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund minus a 5% administrative fee. No refunds are issued after 24 hours.

Members may request a freeze for medical or travel reasons. Unused days are extended by the freeze duration. No refund is issued for frozen periods.

Non-attendance does not entitle a member to a refund or extension.

If we cancel a membership due to conduct violations, no refund will be issued. In exceptional circumstances (extended closure), we will offer a pro-rated credit.
