LIABILITY
WAIVER.

I voluntarily participate in all activities at Norbert's Fitness Studio, including use of gym equipment, participation in classes, and any personal training sessions.

I confirm that I am physically fit to participate in vigorous physical exercise. I have no medical condition that would make such participation dangerous or ill-advised, or I have consulted my physician and been cleared to exercise.

I acknowledge that fitness activities involve inherent risks of physical injury. I assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, damages, or losses which may occur to me as a result of my participation in fitness activities at the studio.

I hereby release and discharge Norbert's Fitness Studio, its owners, trainers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action arising out of my participation in activities or use of facilities, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I authorise the studio to contact my emergency contact in the event of a medical emergency.

I consent to the collection and processing of my personal and health-related data as described in the Privacy Policy, in accordance with India's DPDP Act, 2023.
