[ 01 / ACCEPTANCE ]
By purchasing a membership or using our facilities, you agree to these Terms of Service.
[ 02 / MEMBERSHIP ]
Memberships are personal and non-transferable. You may not allow others to use your membership credentials or QR code.
[ 03 / OFF-PEAK ACCESS ]
Off-peak members may only access the facility between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Entry outside these hours will not be granted.
[ 04 / CONDUCT ]
Members must treat staff, trainers, and other members with respect. Harassment or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate termination without refund.
[ 05 / HEALTH RESPONSIBILITY ]
You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to exercise. Norbert's Fitness Studio is not liable for injury sustained through misuse of equipment.
[ 06 / CHANGES TO TERMS ]
We reserve the right to update these terms with reasonable notice.
